Torah Tours
We have all heard the Bible Stories, but as adults we need to process this timeless document in a more mature and sophisticated fashion. In this class, we delve more deeply into the relevance and significance of what Torah has to offer seriously thoughtful people.
Mondays, 8:00 to 9:00 PM ~ Center for Jewish Learning, 671 East Avenue, Pawtucket, RI

Rabbi Samson Raphael Hirsch's
The Nineteenth Century and the age of emancipation presented unique challenges to traditional Judaism. Rabbi Hirsch was a prominent German rabbi of the time who recognized the dangers  and made it his life's mission to re-inspire the young people of his generation.  In so doing, he has created a work that transcends his "age." "The Nineteen  Letters" is a masterpiece that will renew our understanding of the Torah's  universal vision for the Jewish People and the nations of the world. It reminds  us that what Judaism correctly conceived and conveyed constitutes a bond of love  and justice encompassing all creatures.
